Boston University researchers are searching for a full time programmer to help develop, deploy, and support a design platform for creating synthetic biological systems. This system will allow for the specification, design, and assembly of novel biological systems using a standardized data model and accompanying API. The project will begin with developing a new software architecture for the Clotho design software (www.clothocad.org) and complete with a fully functional, deployed, tested, and documented software tool and supporting web sites (overview, app store, and support site).
