Hi i got a question. I'm currently decellurizing the kidney from a mouse and so far the
Extracellularmatrix is looking more transparent.... I want to lypholize the ECM to preserve it.. I dont
have access to a freeze dryer(too expensive). I read somewhere that you can use 40% Glycerol and beads and it could be stored at -20C but i don't know if that method would work with a sheet of ECM... Please give me your input on this subject....
thanks
perry
