Requirements for the candidate:

Ø Business Analyst background. We need people with financial prowess as our PM financial model seems to throw non-financial minded people for a loop

Ø Infrastructure background. Not "techie" mind you but Network, Server, Storage acumen is needed. I don't care about desktop/PC support people or people who have set up a office network for their spouse (yes I got one of those in the past)

Ø PMP or on a track (soon) to attain. Having a PMP does not always equate to a good PM. All we have though.

Ø Financial Industry background. This coupled with BA experience we are seeing brings a better chance for a hit

Ø Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, manage multiple projects of 2-4 months in duration with budget accountability

Ø Demonstrated communications capability to senior managers
