Minimum Requirements:

Experienced person needs to have requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and training experience in the banking industry.

Skill set and expertise required using the following:

· Hyperion Financial Management tools such as HFM, Essbase and SmartView

· Oracle Financials including Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets, Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), iExpense, and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules, Work Flow, and Approvals Management (AME) in both R11 and R12

Description:

Functional Oracle/HFM Financials Business Analyst required for this position will need to have requirements, testing, implementation, and training experience in the banking industry.

· Serve as a functional/business analyst on Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations.

· Collaborate with project team and serve as a liaison between Finance and the IT department to research, analyze, and validate business solutions and ensure the most appropriate and effective solutions are implemented to support the business objective.

· Comprehend technical and non-technical solutions that satisfy the strategic direction and requirements of the business, and that conform to the technical architecture, and optimize value to the business.

· Provide efficient and effective user support and application setup of the Oracle Financials according to business requirements.

· Assist with the definition, creation, and documentation of all business requirements.

· Work with the team to support process/system improvement opportunities as well as assisting with and driving change across the organization.
