Project Description:
Ø Estimate and manage development effort required for projects and adhere to established release schedules
Ø Provide clear and consistent communication of project status both internally within IT and with Business Stakeholders
Ø Ensure that issues and risks are identified, understood and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to scope, cost, and schedule
Ø Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Work Initiation and Software Development Lifecycle best practices
Ø Plan and facilitate meetings; provide meeting minutes.
Requirements:
Ø 7 years of experience with PL/SQL development
Ø Excellent comprehension with database architectures
Ø Strong PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning of both SQL and databases
Ø Full life SDLC—requirements gathering, solution design, code and test
Ø Good UNIX scripting skills
Ø Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator and listener.
Ø Good organizational skills
Ø Demonstrated ability to mentor and successfully transfer knowledge.
Ø Prefer local candidates or those willing to relocate for the duration of the project.
