Role : Systems Analyst
Location : Hightstown NJ

Duration : 1 YEAR
Can work remotely....but must be on EST

Requirement :
· Responsible for development, configuration and testing of Software Stack layer for cloud based services in support of PaaS, IaaS and Private Cloud.
· Assist in Development of design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in pre implementation support and system enhancement.
· Responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing information with regard to technology processes or systems.
· Provides support to product teams to configure and design patterns.
· Knowledge of SOA/Web Services, JavaScript, HTML, Java and a principle understanding of software development for understanding construction of processes and system interfaces.
Experience:
· VMware, Vblocks, Windows, Linux, Apache, Web logic and Oracle DB desired.
Education:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
· Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 3-6 years of systems analysis/programming experience and infrastructure/systems environments.
Location:
· This role can be performed remotely with periodic travel to the Hightstown, NJ location and/or New York City location if the candidate is not local.
· While the candidate can be located anywhere the candidate must accommodate East Coast hours on a regular basis.

REVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PHARMACY APPLICATIONS
Description:
System Analyst SA/BA responsibilities will include requirements gathering within the IT applications, documentation of requirements and use cases, and ownership of key deliverables. While individual tasks require independence and initiative, the ability to work within rapid distributed teams is crucial. The candidate is expected to manage direct client contact, and will be called on to assist the Management team in planning, executing and coordinating deliverables with the client
Required Skills:
Ø Must have 5 years advanced expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Ø Candidate must have excellent software development skills and experience following the software development lifecycle process.
Ø Candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills including the ability to successfully convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ø Knowledge in the Healthcare Group Insurance industry and understanding of its terminology is a plus.
Ø Very strong analytical skills and background needed.
Ø The ability to gather and synthesize information and offer creative solutions to meet client needs.
Ø Ability to understand data extracted by COBOL code since project requirements are derived from the extracted data.
Ø Some exposure to data warehouse concepts and an understanding of data relationships.
Ø Knowledge of jobs, programs, copybooks and datasets would be beneficial to support discussion with client technical Subject Matter Experts (SME's).
Ø Ability to utilize the Evolveware documentation produced by the team which refers to these items will be required.
Ø Some proficiency with SQL highly desirable.
Ø Solid use of Powerpoint, Project and Visio in addition to the general Microsoft desktop applications.
Ø Sharepoint skills a plus.
Ø Self starter. Demonstrated track record for taking initiative.
Ø Ability to make and assume full responsibility for solid business decisions.
Ø Prompt notification to key internal and external stakeholders of issues/risks as they are identified
Ø Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Curiosity, adaptability and the willingness to learn new methodologies will be a determining factor in assessing the fit between the candidate and our organization
