ROLE : SAP CRM AND CUSTOMER MASTER PROCESS LEAD
LOCATION: BOSTON, MA 

Requirement :

• Strong background in designing and deploying SAP CRM with focus on order management and Customer Master Data 
• Experience in setting up multi-level territory hierarchy structure, defining business rules and business partners for territories 
• Experience in Customer master data concepts, configuration and interface to multiple legacy applications 
• Able to document functional and technical designs 
• Collaborate with technical team and develop technical objects (RICEF) 
• Create and implement test plans
