Client is looking for a Automation Quality Engineer to be the leader of our Quality Assurance team on multiple projects. The perfect candidate would be a strong technical person, with an in-depth understanding of how to create test cases that will test a product in depth with a very hands-on approached to testing.
Management Skills
· Strong communicator
· Fluent in English
· Detailed-oriented
· The desire to mentor and be mentored
· Experience in reading and writing specifications
Technical Leadership
· Experience with developing automated test suites for (RESTful) HTTP APIs
· Knowledge of building and maintaining test automation frameworks
· Deep knowledge of test case development
· In-depth knowledge of white and black box testing
· Knowledge of test plan creation, tracking and monitoring
· Knowledge of test environment.
Personality
· Willingness to work in an environment where agile is the key word
· Attitude of getting it done and change process if process is wrong
· Start-up mentality
· Focus on getting things done and on time
