·         Knowledge of RODOD Processes

·         Knowledge of eTOM processes

·         Functional knowledge of Siebel, BRM, AIA, OSM

·         Good telecom/telematics domain experience

·         Prior experience in capturing Functional requirements

·         Prior experience in documenting test cases

·         Apt in Visio and Microsoft Office

·         Ability to take ownership of functional requirements document
 

·         Should understand end to end solution and design testing methodology and process

·         Should be able to test use cases and validate results in respective applications

·         Should be able to lead a group of testers and guide them as appropriate

·         Should be good in written and verbal communication skills
