Access to a 3D printer to make a quick and dirty custom one? Just make a boat to hold multiple 8 well combs and distribute them across to gel length? I've not seen a commercial 96-well before but certain it exists.

Subject: [DIYbio] need to find a gel box capable of 96 samples
can (a) run at least 96 samples, basically a whole 96-well plate, (b)
is useable with multi-channel pipette, and (c) doesn't cost $600+. The
wells don't have to be 8x12. I'm not running a ladder, rather a single
standard band to estimate concentration, so resolution (run length) is
not very important.
I'm trying ebay but its tough because most don't have combs (and not
sure if new ones are available) or fit the above criteria. Some help
please? Thanks
