[DIYbio] Re: Looking for Someone Who Has Bio Lab Knowledge With DNA/Genetics in philadelphia/south jersey area

Hi,

I have a masters in bio; I can give you some advice on how to use the pcr machine, thermocycler, etc and answer some of your questions although I haven't done a ton of stuff with them. I am not living in NJ atm so I can't show you around any of the labs in your area, but I would recommend emailing someone at Rutgers to ask if you can take a tour.

Best,
John

I need to understand how to use a bio lab effectively such pcr machine, thermocycler etc.

Access to a lab to be shown around would be great but if you have knowledge and no lab access that might work too just so I can ask you some questions.

We could work on some things together potentially or:

I could pay you for 2-3 hours of your time or:

We could trade for personal training for 2-3 hours.(I am a 10+ years NSCA ACE cert trainer that is highly knowledgeable on everything training and nutrition related)

You don't need any special degrees just knowledge on bio labs and dna.

A biohacker/diybio enthusiast would be great.
