-- I have a masters in bio; I can give you some advice on how to use the pcr machine, thermocycler, etc and answer some of your questions although I haven't done a ton of stuff with them. I am not living in NJ atm so I can't show you around any of the labs in your area, but I would recommend emailing someone at Rutgers to ask if you can take a tour.
