·         Must have at least 7 years of experience in SAP testing, with recent experience with ECC and/or POSDM

·         Must have SAP functional experience with focus on one or more of the following- Finance, Core Merchandise, IS Retail

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Works with leading technologies from SAP and the latest integration and support packages

·         Solution delivery for global process teams including Supply Chain, Finance and POSDM

·         Ability to work on large scale, global implementations as well as smaller, faster innovative challenges

·         On-going training and development in SAP and the latest delivery techniques

·         Responsible for the creation and execution of test cases for System Integration and Regression Testing

·         Participates in test runs and defect management and resolution

·         Responsible for analyzing test results, writing reports and reporting status

·         Participates in design and reviews of test plans and makes recommendations for quality and testability.

·         Creates, documents, executes, tracks and analyzes test plans, test scripts and test cases.

·         Identifies, analyzes and documents defects, questionable functions, errors and inconsistencies in data, software program functions, outputs, online screens, content and security.

·         Functions as a member of a self-managing Agile team, taking on leadership roles as needed to facilitate product delivery.

·         Follows Quality Assurance (QA) and Risk Analysis testing procedures to ensure products are defect free, compatible, adhere to Company and department standards and meet customer requirements.

·         Adheres to established team delivery timelines, incident management guidelines and procedures for delivering quality solutions.

·         Participates in Continuous Strategic Improvement (CSI) initiatives.

·         Participates in the training of new Quality Assurance Analysts and actively involved in mentoring of Associate and Level I - Quality Assurance Analysts.

·         Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:

·         Extensive experience in SAP project life cycle deployments and/or sustain operations

·         At least 7 years of experience in SAP testing with ECC and/or POSDM

·         SAP functional experience with focus on one or more of the following: Finance, Core Merchandise, IS Retail.

·         Experienced creating and executing test plans and test cases in HP ALM

·         Experienced with delivering quality solutions to customers

·         Experienced writing complex SQL (Intermediate level) queries according to business rules

·         Experienced writing, designing and executing functional tests to verify correct functionality that meets business requirements and business goals

·         Experienced analyzing test results to identify functional and configuration defects

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as with other functional and support teams

·         Previous SAP tester role in at least 1 large scale SAP implementation

·         Excellent organization and coordination of testing related activities

·         This position requires a high school diploma or GED. A four-year Bachelor of Science degree in a related Information Technology field is preferred. Certifications in relative technology are acceptable.

Preferred Experience:

·         Experience working with outsourced service providers

·         Familiar with Agile Development / SCRUM lifecycle

·         Experience using HP Quality Center
