Title: Reporting Analyst Position
Location: Washington DC
Duration: Long term
Background Check: Yes
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Interview Process: Phone Interview, then F2F/Skype interview.
The REPORTING ANALYST must have demonstrated experience with data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting with a basic understanding of statistical analysis. The successful candidate should understand the relationship between infrastructure data sources and have the talent to integrate them into cohesive reports. This position requires an understanding of complex business rules and customer requirements and the analyst should have the ability to successfully implement them. The need for good problem solving skills is as important as raw coding skills. The reporting analyst should have experience with basic Windows administrative tasks and general "power user" skills such as scheduled tasks, Active Directory, and command line usage.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: All candidates for consideration must be eligible to obtain a US public trust clearance.
REQUIRED SKILLS: The successful candidate will have experience C#/.NET programing or at least C++ or Java experience, with the ability to adapt to different programing languages. Experience with SQL (primarily Oracle), Crystal Reports, Crystal Syntax Scripting, Toad for Oracle, Visual Studio, TexPad, and a variety of data formats including XML, HTML, CSV and other delimited text files, and Excel.
DESIRED SKILLS: ITIL v3 Knowledge (Certification a plus).
