Despite glaring differences in growth conditions, as far as bioluminescence phosphoreum and Fischeri are the same.
However, phosphoreum doesn't rely much on quorum sensing, not nearly as much as fischeri.

Very beginner question I know:What is the name of the autoinducer/signal compound species specific to vibrio phosphoreum in quorum sensing? As in N-(3-oxohexanoyl) homoserine lactone activates the luminescence gene in v. fischeri and N-(3-hydroxybutyryl)-homoserine lactone for v. harveyiThanks :)
