That was basically the method I was describing earlier, when someone
complained that they could not get reference solutions of DNA.
The other way is to use the Beer-Lambert Law directly, using molar absorptivity
tables for the compound in the sample, and the absolute absorbance of
the sample at a particular wavelength. The latter is the percentage absorbance
using a null sample as 0%.

set of standards and then I put the absorbance of the unknown sample
into the equation of the line. Any other methods?
