REQUIREMENT:

Senior developer able to participate in design, based on existing standards and signed-off requirements. Should be able to work independently in the development of a complete solution, based on agreed upon design. Must have experience in an iterative development process including multiple feedback phases. Must have experience unit testing his//her own code for high quality delivery, and should have experience documenting architecture, design and development (both in-code and in supplemental documents.) Developer will work on rewriting of the Dog Licensing Application. Web based application used by (i) Public to acquire Dog License (ii) Operator module for Program to manage their workflow (iii) Pet shop module for participating pet shops giving out licenses and collecting funds (iv) Veterinary Module for Vet's to update immunization information upon service.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· ASP.NET MVC framework 4/5 (5 years minimum)

· C# and ASP.Net development (minimum 5 years) – should have full lifecycle multitier web based application development experience

· SQL and TSQL development (minimum 3 years) – should have recent experience with SQL Server 200/2012. Must have demonstrated expertise with stored procedures

· Experience using web services (SOAP/WCF/WebAPI)

· Experience with HTML5

· Experience with JavaScript / AJAX

· Experience with jQuery

· Knowledge of Responsive Web Design concepts

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Experience with TFS
