- Partner with the business to ensure that delivered solutions exceeds IPS customers’ expectations
- Ensure delivered code adheres to IPS standards and is delivered on time
- Responsible for documentation of technical design and implementation

- Expert J2EE knowledge
- Expert core Java skills
- Spring MVC
- Hibernate
- Expert SQL and RDBMS skills
- Experience working within an Agile software development environment
- String written and verbal communication skill
- GWT skills a plus
- BIRT reporting tool a plus
- ETL experience a plus
- WebSphere experience a plus
- Debit, Prepaid processing experience a plus
