Java Developer with telecom exp

Candidates need to be local. 1^st round phone screen, 2^nd round face-to-face.
1+ year contract
Irving, TX

Responsible for:

·         Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps 

·         Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality 

·         Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of software solutions 

·         Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments 

·         Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures - Monitor program execution for expected performance 

·         Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 6 plus years of experience in the field or in a related area . 

**Telecom Domain OSS/BSS expertise is a plus

Required Skills 

·         5+ years of Java/J2EE, JSP, XML/HTTP and XML/SOAP/RESTful Webservices technologies , SOA Architecture, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, DHTML, JSON/Ajax 

·         3+ years of experience and sound knowledge of JDBC, PL/SQL, Oracle DB/SQL 

·         2+ years in Scripting frameworks - Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, JQuery/JQuery Mobile , Angular JS 

Desired Skills : 

·         Secondary Skills : NodeJS , BPM , Pentaho, Pega , Scala
