IT QA Specialist I (Automation) reports to QA Manager/Director, this Sr. QA position is responsible to develop Automation/Functional Testing framework and scripts. Creating test plans and executing testing activities using a variety of testing tools (test data management, test management, defect tracking, regression testing automation, and performance automation/measurement) and testing processes for all the product applications. The incumbent provides mentorship to any Jr. QA staff and able to work in onshore/offshore resource model.

Must Have:

• 5+ years in a Quality Assurance Testing role
• Min 2+ Yrs. Automation testing- Required
• Health Care Domain - Required
• Ability to create and maintain automated and performance test scripts verifying UI behavior and screen control
• Ability to design, develop, maintain and scale tests and test documentation
• Ability to adjust to changing requirements and priorities and to perform assigned tasks with a minimal amount of direct supervision.
• Must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills and be highly detailed oriented in all reporting
• Understanding of web technologies
• SQL / Database  Knowledge
• HP-ALM 12.x, QTP (UTF),
• MS Office
• Cloud application testing

Nice to Have:

• SQE certification is a plus
• SCRUM or Agile experienced preferred
