[DIYbio] Looking for fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy service, walk-in preferred

FNA is where a technician jabs you with a needle, and the core is
reviewed for cytopathology. If the cells looked strange, then I might
try to pull strings around here to get some sequencing done.

Basically I've got a lump on my parotid gland (saliva production
gland) which has been there for a while. I first thought it was a
severely in-grown hair (or pimple), but looking back I may have
continually been thinking this for years now, and every once in a
while it gets painful enough (like a really painful in-grown
hair/pimple) that I squeeze the hell out of the area. This doesn't
work too well for much since the lump is 2-6mm under the skin surface
(I can't tell now because the area is inflamed). Last night I squeezed
it and acute sharp pain was replaced with duller pain, and some sticky
fluid came out (so sticky it balled up through rubbing between my
fingers).

So it seems most places want me to become a patient and talk to
doctors and blah blah blah.... all great if I was clueless... but I
just want to walk into a place, get jabbed, and get an e-mail with a
histology report and maybe some images. I'd also like the sample to be
stored for a month so depending on the results, I could try to get
some sequencing or something done. (If that would produce something
interesting)

So where does one go for ala-carte medical procedures?
