Complaint Handling Conversion BA - This person's primary responsibility is to drive the activities and deliverables associated with design, development and implementation of conversions between legacy Covidien's Complaint Tracking System (CTS) to Medtronic's Complaint Handling application (SAP CRM) - This includes working collaboratively with multiple business teams to define mapping logic between their source systems and the Complaint handling tool with an emphasis on maximizing the conversion of data from legacy systems to SAP CRM, data mapping documentation, and conversion design specifications for any associated enhancements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work independently with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and solutions including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customer's business goals.
- Responsible for conducting workshop sessions and stakeholder interviews in support of project and conversion activities.
- Responsible for communicating process and functional requirements to other teams (analysis, design, data, technical, training / org readiness, testing, production support)
- Demonstrate work experience in role(s) involving conversion technologies and ETL.
- Provide detailed functional knowledge throughout the project lifecycle and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied at Medtronic to improve and streamline conversions.
- Provide ongoing support and subject matter expertise for the global design including the quality and stability of the solution (break/fix).
Basic Qualifications:
- Life Sciences background
- Experience with system implementations in a regulated environment
- Complaint Handling experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
