Re: how can i check a gene is either expressed or not or over expressed after applying the drugs

qPCR should tell you the level of your gene, if the drug effects a
change on expression levels. Can you tell us more information about
the project, the exact protein, the drug, and the downstream gene you
think will be affected in expression level?
