[DIYbio] Plasmids: Best before?

Hello,

I was wondering how long I could still use the plasmids I have.

They were stored around 2 month in the freezer (-20°C) and now some 6
weeks in the fridge (~7°C).

Will they degrade? And, if they degrade, when only half of them will
not be degraded (you can work with the half available, although you'll
get smaller yields).
