Reasonable communication skills, at least understandable without too much concentration. Accents are fine, but no babbling. This person must be able to explain in reasonable detail the work they personally performed based on what they claim on their resume. This is a lot of integration work. Connecting to SQl db, writing TSQL and stored procedures, some joins etc.

Full system development lifecycle experience

•     Minimum 5 years solid .NET development using C# & SOA (ASMX and WCF).

•     Minimum 3 years working with T-SQL 

•     Minimum 2 years working with ETL 

•     LINQ to SQL

•     WIN Form applications development

•     ASP.NET

•     Knowledge of VB6 is preferred 

•     Knowledge RCW and CCW is preferred 

•     Using Work API via .NET

•     Knowledge of CRM platform is additional plus
