Location: Washington, DC

Education & Experience

·         College degree in computer science or related field

·         Minimum 8  years of IT experience

·         At least 3-4 years SharePoint administration experience in an enterprise environment

·         At least 2 years SharePoint object model development experience in web parts, custom features, event receivers and master pages is required

·         4+ development experience in .NET platform 2.0 or above. Database driven application experience with Oracle or SQL server

Required Skills

·         Strong in administering medium SharePoint farm in an enterprise environment

·         Experience in integrating COTS products to SharePoint

·         AvePoint DocAve Backup tool experience

·         Development skills in SharePoint object model (C#), ADO.NET, Infopath forms, workflows

·         Able to write JavaScript or JQuery scripts to modify SharePoint pages

·         Development skills in Dataviewer webparts, Rollup webparts

·         Knowledge of CAML queries

·         Knowledge of Information architecture, master pages, page layouts and page authoring concepts in publishing environment

·         Ability to update site pages with webparts, list views and quick launch navigation

·         A good understanding of configuring enterprise search, topology, and search customization concepts

·         Understanding of SharePoint groups vs security enabled AD groups

·         Good understanding of user profiles and profile page customization

·         Knowledge of network load balancer (F5), Active Directory, DNS, SAN, Networking concepts and Authentication schemes, AAM

·         Tier 2/3 client support, troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills

·         Project server 2007 experience

·         Power shell scripting experience

·         KnowledgeLake

·         Omniture Site Catalyst

·         Remedy helpdesk system

·         ASP.NET application development experience

·         Database skills writing basic SQL queries and stored procedures
