[DIYbio] Survey: Enabling Technologies in Synthetic Biology

Linda Kahl, a researcher from the Endy lab at Stanford, is conducting a survey on enabling technologies for synthetic biology.  I believe she is interested in understanding the basis set of tools in the synthetic biologists "tool box" so she can then evaluate the property rights of these tools.

If you've ever been on an igem team, check it out.  A side effect of the survey is that it provides a fairly big list of ´existing synthetic biology tools and methods, which is interesting in and of itself.
