No PLA is unrelated to FIPEL made of poly (N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK):fac-tris(2-pheny;pri-dine)iridium(III) [Ir(ppy)3]) composited in carbon nanotubes. PLA (containing 3 oxygens per monomer) cannot conduct electrons like carbon nanotubes.
