The lessons would take place in my basement, but I need a S1 certification first. Am working on that. It's quite easy to meet the technical requirements in my country, but there needs to be an ''operator'' and a comissioner of biological security and a deputy of the comissioner.
So I asked at the ministery, that it is not written that I can't be operator and comissioner at the same time. They said this is true, but the comissioner has to consult the operator, and I couldn't consult myself... But the operator is the one in charge, so I'll find someone to do the comissioner job. For small labs the operator can be the deputy of comissioner, so both may be me
