I'm preparing a presentation for OHM 2013 which is focused on microbes "in the service" of hackers. I wonder if you could give me some recommendations on projects which were done in DIY and hacker community in general in the last lets say three years. More variety = better. Some "higher" forms of evolution can be added too.
At the moment I will definitely present staff about biofilms with focus on probiotics like kombucha and kefir, that is my cup of tea.
