Role : Cognos Reports Writer Open Pages
Duration : 6+ months
Location : Boston, MA
Interview process : Phone interview followed by in-person. In-person is required unless specified otherwise.

Minimum Requirements:

· 8+ years experience overall - primary strength Cognos reporting and specific related.

· Experienced advising management on the efficient use of Cognos and assist with the design and development of (Cognos) reporting frameworks to meet the expanding needs of the user community.

· Experience with OpenPages required - OpenPages software enables banks to manage Risk and Compliance.

Description:

Under the direction of the project and product managers, work with business analyst and program owners to define, design, implement new reports or enhance existing reports to meet the business users need using Cognos within the IBM OpenPages application.

· Serve as a technical advisor for the direct user development capability for developing Cognos queries and simple reports.

· Advises management on the efficient use of Cognos.

· Assist with the design and development of (Cognos) reporting frameworks to meet the expanding needs of the user community.

· Assist in the creation of requirements documents and define, document and review designs specs and report prototypes.
