Looking for an EBS_Human Resources/Core HR, SSHR, Oracle Advanced Benefits Resource for customer R12 upgrade.

Required skills:

·         Must have 5-7 years of Oracle Functional HRMS/HCM expertise

·         Must have Key Modules:

o   Core HR

o   Self Service HR

o   Oracle Advanced Benefits

o   Compensation Workbench

·         Resource must have EBS 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 upgrade experience. 

·         Resource must be able to instill confidence in customer as the client upgrades and optimizes their HR functionality.

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Strong client facing and communication skills.
