Mandatory Requirements :

·         Bachelor's degree in business, management or related profession

·         5 Years experience as a project manager of multimillion dollar technology implementation – managing projects through the entire project lifecycle

·         5 Years core competence in Communications, Planning, Risk Management, Performance Management, Quality & Delivery Assurance

·         5 Years experience delivering results against rigorous project schedules

·         5 Years demonstrated experience adhering to best practice standards in project delivery management and governance

·         5 Years demonstrated ability to build teams, coach and mentor across organizations and skill levels

·         5 Years demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus

·         5 Years technical writing experience and ability to share knowledge with others in a clear and concise manner

·         PMP certification

·         2 Years experience with tax systems
