Skill sets:

· Experience designing and implementing end-to-end SOA / ESB integration solutions using webMethods solutions

· 1-3 years' experience working with webmethods including some/most of the following webMethods Integration Server 7.x/8.x,webMethods Developer 7.x/8.x, webMethods Broker, webMethods Enterprise Server, Enterprise Integrator, Adapter Manager, B2B Integrator 4.0, Trading Networks, BAM, BPM, Designer, MywebMethods server, wm Modeler

· webMethods design / development / deployment experience that includes custom adapters, custom services, and composite services

· Experience with Blaze a plus.

· Experience with Websphere and WAS tools a plus

· Significant development & design experience using Java / J2EE

· Proficiency with XML/XPATH, and XSL / XSLT

· SQL development and data access experience using data access objects EJB, JPA, Hibernate, MyBatis, etc.

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent team skills and interpersonal skills.
