Role : Program Manager
Duration : 8+ months

Location : Mounds View, MN

Candidate & Write-Up Criteria:

·         3+ years of program management eperience. 10+ years of total experience

·         Excellent communication skills.

*upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test*

Responsibilities :

•        Manage team for designing and implementing the processes and systems required by the UDI initiative

•        Manage detailed project schedule including resource planning and task definition

•        Coordinate resources and actions required to resolve gaps and other project issues

•        Track risks and issues and manage through resolution

•        Provide written status updates to program management, BU stakeholders, team members, project leaders and sponsor.

•        Present program status to key stakeholders and leadership.

•        Conduct regular team meetings to ensure work is sufficiently defined and completed on time, accurately, thoroughly and in a coordinated fashion so as to avoid duplication of effort and ommissions.

•        Represent Group in UDI Program meetings conducted by Corporate Regulatory

•        Travel to CVG locations as required to meet and or observe related processes and/or systems

•        Obtain backfill resources and manage all contracting/sourcing activities (P.O, contract, on-boarding, etc.)

•        Develop and present business case to support expenditures as required

•        Review FDA Final Ruling, gather inputs from subject matter experts, determine gaps and develop plans for closure
