Hi guys.

We are actually working on an OpenBioreactor at La Paillasse, Paris with  Bioproduction Phd, Designers, Bioinformatician and all kind of good wills :)
Hardware design is quickly evolving but includes
-The reactor itself,
-T, PH and DO probes
-Magnetic stirrer, 
-Peristaltic pumps controled via arduino.

We are adding a raspy to serialise different bioreactors so you can test different environmental parameters.


Software (mostly pythonic) is intended to give the user a view on the bioreactor and the ability to control some parameters from online.
Our first version include :
-T°, PH and DO mesurements as a graph
-Peristaltic pump control (>analysis and air flow)


We are heading toward adding to software(in this order)
-Webcam viewing
-T° control (ON/OFF)
-Magnetic stirrer control
-T° control (Setpoint and programmed cycle mode)
...

What would u guys like to see next ?

We plan on githubing a first version around the end of this month so those of you who have few hours to spare could join .
