Job Title: Systems Analyst Mid Level SQL

Duration: 6-12months Contract

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246

JOB Description

• Systems Analyst will analyze, evaluate and develop existing or proposed systems / process enhancements for Accounting.
• As a key member of the Applications Analyst team, the System Analyst will develop business requirements for applications or will analyze business processes.
• This position will also coordinate activities within a matrixed IT organizations (e.g., database, other Development teams technical support, etc.) to ensure that Business process improvements are successfully implemented.
• Manage all aspects of the business requirements during all phases of the development lifecycle and participate in other components such as: business case development, development efforts, and system deployment
• Play a key role in managing system requirement changes and estimating system/development impact.
• Must be A self-starter and team player who is assertive, independent and can manage multiple responsibilities without close supervision
• Effectively work with the business and facilitating the definition of functional system requirements (JAR/JAD Sessions).
• Work with the technology team to translate business requirements into System Requirements
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements
• Effectively and proactively report status to IT and business management
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Visio and Functional workflows
• Proficient in writing SQL and data analysis
• Must have strong technical documentation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Provide assistance to technical analysts, business users and other project team members
