BPM Technical Architect

The BPM Technical Architect role is the one of the highest levels of technical leadership involved in realizing the BPM infrastructure potential in an organization. The architect makes key strategic decisions creating, using, acquiring and retiring technology in the BPM software stack. The BPM Technical Architect will lead the BPM development team responsible for creating and maintaining Ohio Department of Job and Family Services workflow systems enhancements and modifications. The BPM Technical Architect will be responsible for delivering the BPM software architecture, performing code reviews, mentoring, and designing/developing custom BPM components and enhancements based on design and user requirement documents.

This BPM Technical Architect must have a proven track record of effective leadership and demonstrated over 5 years of experience in the IT industry including leading, providing analysis, design, architecture, and development. This role demands extensive experience with the implementation of complex, high value business solutions and technical integrations. In addition, advanced knowledge of the State of Ohio Systems, Business Process Management (BPM) suite of tools and technologies, Systems Integration, SOA, and Design patterns is required.

In addition, all the technical personnel reporting to this position possess at least a bachelor’s degree.

• Struts, Spring, Hibernate, iBatis
