Data Modeler

Major Healthcare Insurance client is in search of a data modeler with the following background and experience who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities :

Ø  Extending an existing data warehouse with new subject areas

Ø  Building all DDL (Index, partitions, table, views, etc) via ERWIN.

Ø  Writing the Source to Target (excel) Specifications.

Ø  Working with business analyst to understand the requirements

Ø  Assisting lead ETL in understanding how to load the physical

Ø  Leading the design efforts of the project

Ø  Following strong existing standards with arch team.

Ø  Data Profiling and discovery of outliers.

Ø  Updating a logical model

** Required Experience

Ø  Data Modeling - 9 year(s)

Ø  Data Warehousing - 9 year(s)

Ø  RDBMS Concepts

Ø  Strong understanding of Normalized and Dimensional Modeling

Ø   Strong ERWIN skills

Ø  Payer Health Care experience

Ø  Self motivated and works with team.

Ø  Strong English and dialog skills

Ø  Understanding of ETL

Ø  Reasonable general SQL knowledge.

Ø  Strong Database skill, Reasonable Oracle skills
