Obviously ;) they would have some small spacesuit...
the idea is to make 'flyonauts' that are more adapted to the local
environment ;)
Their wings would get smaller over time, and their rate of flapping,
as titan has a fairly dense atmosphere, with a lot of mutational
goodness in the form of cosmic rays.
