Published Description:

There are up to 16 different locations affected by this change.  The primary project location will be in Grafton Wisconsin, although there are not changes at this site. This person should be prepared to travel at least 50% of the time to various different locations including Mexico, Tipp City OH, La Vergne TN, Lessport PA, El Paso TX, among others.  The ability to speak both English and Spanish is highly desirable.  

The correct candidate should have:.

·        Experience building training plans for 1000+ people.

·        Methodology and tools to asses and validate success of training (should be able to explain how to do it and the steps necessary).
