Yes there is alot of data... almost anything these days. News is no exception.

That is nice! A friend's friend had an internship in a big news agency (if I am not totally wrong it was the governmental) and said that they get some 3000 (or was it 30k?) News incoming a day, and they had to choose which. Mostly they orientate what other news agencies broadcast.
