Business System Analyst (Clinical/Regulatory)

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysis and solution definition for Information Technology Projects. They will work closely with IT management and the client community to identify business/process requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Understanding of the process of specifying, identifying and implementing COTS software is required.

Job Requirements:
• 5 – 7 years of experience in a fast growing Biotech similar to Regeneron
• Experience working with clinical and regulatory system implementations in a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in gathering requirements and business analysis
• Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written), analytical and problem solving skills
• Requires an in-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle
• A demonstrated ability in creation of requirements and design documents and test scripts
Experience with Clinical Development and regulatory affairs required
Experience with Electronic Management Systems required
Experience with Argus/ArisG (risk management and drug safety) required
Experience with Documentum or similar tool strongly preferred
• Must be competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of system design and implementation
• Must show strong judgment and time management skills
• Must understand the components of running a fiscally successful project
• Strong Customer Service Focus
• Demonstrable experience implementing MOSS based solutions a strong plus
• Pharmaceutical experience required.
• Project Management experience a plus
• Business/Systems Analysis role on IT Projects at a midsize, high growth Biotech also a strong plus
