Business systems analyst

Allentown PA

Duration: 6+ months

MOI: Phone then F2F

Responsibilities:

.               Serve as liaison between business and IT in order to maintain and enhance business systems, processes and technology.

.               Work with the business to gather requirements and translate into system requirements.

.               Work with the business to develop test plans and test scripts.

.               Create business process flow diagrams.

.               Call center experience preferred.

.               Experience with testing tools and executing tests. (HP QC,etc)

.               Experience with SQL or other query tool preferred.

.               Project management experience preferred.

.               4 year college degree and 4 -6 years related work experience or at least 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.

.               Must be self-motivated, customer focused, and a team player, and have proven problem solving skills along with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
