Position: .Net Technical Lead

Location: Florida

Description:

The technical lead is responsible for the oversight of the implementation of software requirements provided by the product owners, and owned by the development team. The lead will serve as an interface between the scrum team and the architecture group in order to ensure that the architectural vision for the desired solution is understood and followed. The lead will have supervisorial responsibilities in ensuring that committed sprint work comes in on time and at the expected level of quality. The lead will act as a mentor for all members of the development team, in order to grow a highly functional team.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the following areas:

·         Agile development methodologies/Scrum/Kanban

·         C#/.NET

·         WCF/ASP.NET WEB API

·         Asynchronous and Parallel development techniques

·         S.O.L.I.D design principals

·         Unit Testing/MSTest/MOQ

·         Continuous Integration

·         High performance & High reliability applications
