Minimum Requirements:
Translate wireframes, comps, and functional requirements into functional xHTML /
css/Javascript
Develop standards compliant mark-up and code for web sites and applications
o xHTML (table-less layouts)
o CSS2 / CSS3
o Object Oriented JavaScript / Jscript
Recommend and Develop framework and code for mobile enabled sites using
functionalities like geo locator compatible for iPhone, Android, Blackberry and
Windows devices.
Develop according to Sapient and Industry best practices
o Search Engine Optimization
o Progressive Enhancement
o Accessibility (A, AA, AAA, Section 508)
o Cross Browser
o W3C
