Position: QA Test Lead

Location:  Fort Wayne, IN or Addison, TX (local candidates)

Duration:  6 Months

This position requires experience with test environment configuration management, utilizing complex system integration and formal software development life cycles and projects. Candidates should have a strong IT background with the ability to work across multiple platforms, delivery teams and business units.

This position will report to the Sr. Analyst in charge of Conversion Environment Management and work closely with other members of the Conversion and BAU Release Management, testing team, and delivery teams within IT.

The role includes:

o Ensure testing is complete

o Analyze results and engage support resources as required

o Report results to leadership

Document system flows and configurations

MUSTS

3-5 years of experience working in IT in project or configuration management

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Solid communications skills to interact with team members, developers, and leadership across IT and client organizations

• Ability to prioritize work load and issues, to ensure problems are addressed in order of importance

• Ability to lead a system checkout conference call

• Ability to document system flows and configurations

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Experience with HP Quality Center is a plus

• Knowledge of basic SQL commands is a plus

• Willingness to travel in support of large system conversion project (Client required trips will be paid by client.)

• Willingness to work different shifts as required (nights/weekends)
