Troubleshooting skills
Excellent Communication Skills - written & verbal

Description: Business Analyst and/or Level III type with technical background and familiarity with identity access management concepts (role based access, identity lifecycle).

Further Role Description: We are looking for a resource to help us to backfill one of our key identity access management process engineers. This person will assist with gathering and implementing role based access within our broad catalog of applications and platforms. He/She will help troubleshoot issues related to role based access. He or She will also assist with user list and role maintenance. They may also help with onboarding (within security) new applications. Last, as the person settles into their role, additional duties to help backfill may be assigned.

Preferred Qualifications: Eager, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Problem solver – support experience a plus.
