I've got to say that their website is not helpful at all. They have
about 1 sentence of information on what they can handle (all I know is
they use robots). I can't in any way tell if my experiments would work
on their platform. I'm certainly not spending the time to sign-up for
a login to their website just to see what they have to offer me.

To the Arcturus employees reading this... please make your site a bit
more clear. I'm sure you're already losing customers.
