Arcturus looks interesting, and the first I have seen like this. They do the assembly and testing of your construct :)  

Anything similar?  in what respect? 

there are many sites, some for wet biology(e.g. http://openwetware.org/wiki/Main_Page) , some for 3d parts(thingyverse), some for general projects(https://hackaday.io)
