Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Radnor, PA.

Candidate must have strong Investment Banking experience, SQL and heavy Excel with Macros. 

Keys to the Position:

1.  Must have at least 7 years of Systems Analysis experience supporting investors working for a financial services firm.  

2.  Equities experience is a strong + - almost a must have since this person will be supporting the business and other on the equities side.   If they lack the equities experience, they need to be resourceful to learn and will have needed to come from a financial services firm.

3.  Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills are required.  They will be supporting not only the local team but will be supporting teams domestically and globally as well.

4.  SQL skills are a must - this is on the systems side of the organization.   Candidate must be able to write queries, understand database structures, and have the ability to navigate the database.

5.  Must have strong Excel skills (ability to write macros) and they will need some scripting experience - VBA would be ideal.

6.  Must be motivated to continually raise the bar and work in a fast paced environment.

7.  Development experience is a big +
